Waitstaff often don't recognize a party has seated themselves so prepare to wait for a while before someone takes your drink order.
Servers often overlook clients and the service is poor.
The menu is overpriced and the food leaves much to be desired.
Several basic entrées have been served unseasoned.
On at least one occasion there was no toilet paper in either bathroom for 30 minutes or more despite repeatedly notifying staff.
